I built Atlas because I kept seeing the same thing: talented, ambitious founders held back not by a lack of ideas but by the operational chaos underneath them.
With over 15 years of operations and project management experience, working up to Director level across telecoms, entrepreneurial businesses, and high-pressure environments, I know what it takes to build something that actually runs.
Atlas exists to give founders access to that level of operational thinking, without the cost of a full-time hire. Whether you need someone to build the systems, manage the moving parts, or simply bring order to the chaos, that's what we're here for.
